Rebecca Lord MSc MRTPI is a chartered town planner with 35 years experience. Initially this was in the public sector at local authorities in Surrey and Berkshire, and from 2008 with a consultancy firm, before leaving in 2015 to set up her own practice.

Rebecca now works part time and focuses mainly on cases concerning domestic proposals including the provision of mobile home type annex accommodation.
